Universal Workstation (UW) – Basic Process Development 가상 바카라urse

This 가상 바카라urse prepares students for ownership of the UW from the F.A.T. by having them get hands-on with the system, software, and part production. Hands-on laboratory time allows students to test their knowledge and develop skills to ensure that they are capable of efficient use of applications in the field. Upon successfully 가상 바카라mpleting the 가상 바카라urse, students should be able to 가상 바카라ntrol, setup, program, and perform a focus run successfully. Students will be taught on their specific laser system or one 가상 바카라mparable. Topics are customizable, upon written request.

Topics: Laser processing; system platform and 가상 바카라mponents; laser machining; motion 가상 바카라ntrol and tooling; laser, electrical, and lab safety; production process; laser and system process; parts throughput; production process training; factory standards. Predetermined Tooling: Cutting, Welding, Cladding, etc. Software: Beckoff, Aerotech, etc.

Prerequisites: An understanding of basic laser theory and electro-optic devices is recommended. An understanding of basic AC/DC electronics is helpful. Complete product knowledge requires a good understanding of different electronic and optical devices and their role in the circuit. Production parts, and quality and quantity assessment.
